I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor practicing in Virginia. I specialize in working with adults and couples who want to strengthen their relationships and create meaningful change in their lives. I also lead therapy groups and provide mental health education to organizations and communities throughout Hampton Roads. Healing doesn't happen in isolation.
